After several ‘unanswered’ phone messages to ducted gas heater repairers, I lucked upon Unitests, who were so professional from go to whoa!! I had a lovely tradie come out... Everybody I dealt with were very nice (phone receptionist, 2 tradies and Tim in the office), and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!! Thank you guys!! I felt I was in good hands. My house was an ice box with a in roof furnace for the ducted heating unit. I love my home but hated it in winter. I was about to spend thousands on electric hydronic heating , but at half the cost of those thousands Josh and his team installed a fantastic new furnace, put in new ductwork and life is so warm and cosy . No more ice box house. Josh , thank you ever so much . You and Van did a magnificent job. I am so happy. Many thanks .
